“The molasses is bought from Dom.Rep. and Guyana. After distillation it’s aged in former bourbon barrels of American oak, which are charred, for between 10 and 25 years. To enhance the oak taste is a handful of oak chips added to each barrel. In my opinion is it a great rum that overall is very dry and oaky.”

“This is one of those rum you either like or not. The nose is sweet and fruity with vanilla. In the back i can find caramel and tobacco. The palate is light, complex and well balanced with fruits and spices topped with oak. The finish is medium to long with a nice wood/vanilla feeling in my throat.”

“All my Tastings and Scores are purely based on “Rums under £50”. I rarely look at Rums over £50 for my YouTube.”
