“Je m’attendais à un rhum assez prononcé en café au nez et on en est loin. Bien sûr on le retrouve mais pas tant que ça. Il est doux et rond un très léger boisé. En bouche on est très loin de tout ça, légèrement piquant avec une grosse présence du bois, du chêne et après on retrouve un léger côté café. La final dans le verre reste sur le boisé, légèrement vanillé et l’espresso.”
