“Good, but nothing special. May also be due to the low %. Recently, many TDL's came out, which clearly put this one in the shade.”

“Yes, this is the beautiful and minty TDL profile, very nice! Nose: Directly floral, fresh mint that just grew in the garden. Plus leather, raspberry, strawberry, neat forest honey with peach and mango. Palate: Again directly mint, which here becomes Strawberry mint, combines deliciously. That's how it should be, very tasty! Astringent, but positively and very adjusted strong, then forest honey, mango and in the background actually pushes a nuance of Oloroso Sherry with in, perhaps was here a solo stave of an Oloroso (YOLOroso) in the game at the barrel? With Cadenheads, you'll know... subtle oak and caramel in the long finish dominated by Spain. Nice TDL for the price!Overall today: Rasta Morris>Rom de Luxe minimal >Plantation 2001 virtually on par with <> Cadenheads Green Label Trinidad 18 yo. which would probably have been better than the Plantation without dilution > Tamosi TDL 2000 which completely loses out here, no chance. 2001 2003 similar mint and diesel and polish and oak best2000 2002 similar less mint hardly any diesel less polish and less oak. Style Spanish more typical but very nice and clearly more powerful than what is otherwise known from this style.”
