What's the RumX Loyalty Program All About?
The RumX Loyalty Program is a unique rewards system, designed to acknowledge and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our community members. Whether you're a rum aficionado sharing in-depth reviews or a generous soul organizing bottle splits, this program is a token of our gratitude for you!
How It Works
Earn RX Points for Adding Value
You can earn RX points by engaging in various community-boosting activities:
- Writing In-Depth Reviews: Share your rum tasting experiences in detail and collect likes (1 RX point).
- Organizing Rum Bottle Splits: Bring the community together by sharing bottles, and get rewarded for your efforts (5 RX point).
- Purchases in the Marketplace: Support the development of the app with your purchases on our marketplace (1 RX point per €10 spent).
Redeem Points for Exciting Rewards
Collect these points and redeem them for:
- Exclusive Sample Sets: Taste exceptional rums, which we put together for you personally.
- RumX Merchandise: Sport our stylish RumX branded gear with shirts or cozy hoodies.
- And More Surprises: Stay tuned for more thrilling rewards, like exclusive event invitations and more!
Your Entry Ticket to Lotteries
Your earned points open the door to exciting opportunities like participating in lotteries. Here's the cool part: your collected points act as your entry tickets to the lottery – the more points you have, the better your chances! But don't worry, your points stay with you; they're not used up when you enter the lottery.
We're kicking off with an exclusive masterclass hosted by the independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful, in collaboration with Kirsch Whisky. This special event is open to our users in Germany and Austria. Ready to join in? Simply download the app, and with the minimum required RX Points, you can sign up for the lottery right away:
Fair and Transparent
We have invested significant effort in creating a rewards system that is both fair and transparent. Defining the right criteria was crucial to ensure the integrity of the program. For instance, we've mandated a tasting photo for in-depth tasting notes. This rule was implemented to prevent users from rating rums they haven’t actually tasted.
While we acknowledge that no system is perfect and that in some cases some users do not meet all the requirements for in-depth tastings even though they have provided a valuable review, we believe we have found a good balance. Our aim is not just to reward participation but to encourage meaningful, authentic contributions that enrich the entire RumX community. We're committed to upholding these standards to ensure the program remains fair and transparent for all.
Retroactive Points
Exciting news: Points are credited retroactively! If you've been active in the past with detailed tastings, bottle splits or marketplace purchases, you'll start with a points balance.
