“A great nose. Chocolaty/woody bitterness typical from PM. You get glue/wood pulp and pipe tobacco. Spices, pepper and herbal mix (between fennel and anise). Something oily/fishy akin to the cod liver oil capsules. With aeration, nice jasmine tea flavor with fruity evening herbal tea. Entry also very typical from PM (cf nose) and then the PM's magic with a wonderful spicy/fruity mix (peppery litchees at the first sip) very well balanced. Alas the finish is only medium short almost fizzy on the oak spices and bitterness. One more point for the release price. Congrats to Kintra & Rum Mercenary!”
